My name is Siara-Lauren. I have two first names and I know that’s a mouthful, but hopefully, most of the talking will be done by my films.

stay tuned for updates on my upcoming project.

After graduating with a degree in film production and presenting my thesis, I spent the summer cultivating proposals for a Netherlands Fulbright to make a documentary on Afro-Dutch biracial identity.

I was honored to move on to the next round of applications as a Semi-Finalist and three months later promoted to an Alternate status.

I’m based in Brooklyn, New York, but with your help, I could be in the Netherlands, set for success, by Spring 2024.
